We provide full coverage across North Macedonia, with options for international shipping upon request.

All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in North Macedonia.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET are typically processed the same day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

• Standard flat rate within North Macedonia is 150 MKD.
• Free shipping is available for orders over 3,000 MKD.

We partner with trusted national couriers like Cargo Express and ELS to ensure safe delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather, holidays, or logistical issues.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will contact you to arrange a second attempt.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours.

For lost packages, we will initiate an investigation with the courier and provide a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.

Standard shipping is available within North Macedonia. For international shipping outside Macedonia, please contact us for custom details and arrangements.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred.
